Obninsk Innovation Forum will become area for the formation of global partnership.
On May 13, 2010 the first Obninsk Innovation Forum will take place in the city Obninsk Kaluga region. Organizers of the forum are government of Kaluga region, administration of Obninsk and information agency AK&M with the participation of rating agency Expert RA.
“Innovations and capitalization of earning power from the innovation products is a basis of a steady rise of the region economy. We developed long-term innovation strategy of the region development. We consider the development of global partnership the important mechanism of the realization of the strategy. Hereof the mission of Obninsk innovation forum” - said the deputy governor of Kaluga region for innovations Maxim Shereykin.
It cannot fail to note the high significance of human resource in the innovation process. Therefore by the basis of strategy of social and economic development, and also the determining factor of the innovation breakthrough of Kaluga region are investments into the people.
Within the framework the developments of global partnership, Obninsk Innovation Forum will contribute to creation and strengthening of business connections, to attraction of investments for the support of innovation projects and technologies. The representatives of Kaluga region government, administration of Obninsk, the boards of tekhnopark “Obninsk”, and also the specialists of such important companies as Gelenpol, Medbiofarm, Kraftway, RUUKKI RUS, The Obninsk center of science and technologies and others will take active part in the work of the exchange of the business connections.
In all more than 600 delegates will participate in forum, among whom the representatives of important Russian companies and transnational corporations, foreign diplomatic missions, the leaders of the leading enterprises of the region, the leaders of bank community, the directors of investment companies and funds.
During the work the exhibition, conducted for the purpose of the expansion of the economic and scientific and technical relationships between the subjects of small innovation business, new innovation developments and also plans of the advance of innovation developments and production of the enterprises of Kaluga region will be represented.
